PixFixer AI respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why.

What we collect

• To start a claim: your email, policy number and phone number. We use them only to confirm it's you, then send a secure link to the email on your policy. We don't store what you type in that form.
• When you file a claim: the photos and details you provide. We use them to assess your claim and to improve our service.
• When you book a demo: your name, work email, organization and message, so we can reply.

How we handle your photos

• Personal details (PII) are removed before our AI analyzes your photos.
• Your photos and claim details stay in our secure cloud storage. We don't send them to outside AI services or language-model APIs.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't use it for advertising, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
• We don't send text messages.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers to host the site, keep it secure and deliver our emails. They handle your information only to provide those services.
